    This inspection was performed via FaceTime / Google Duo / Pictures, to the best of my ability given the method performed, due to the City of Sacramento, the State of California and the Federal Government, mandated shelter in place due to the Corona Epidemic. Approval of any work was based on video and sound quality given in which the inspection was completed. I was unable to physically visit the site.

    Inspection was completed via FaceTime due to the state and city of Sacramento “Shelter in place order” Approval of any work was based on video quality, angles provided and candor of contact on site. Inspection was completed to the best of my ability given the method in which inspection was completed.



    1. Provide receptacle tester capable of testing GFCI protected receptacle.

    2. Provide bug eye at hallway per approved plan.

    3. Provide complete and accurate labeling of all circuits at subpanel per code. All circuits must have enough information to determine use and be differentiated from each other.
