    1ST LAYER SCREW INSPECTION AT LOWER LEVEL CEILING



    1. Drywall cuts to be tight w/i 1/8” around electrical boxes. Replace drywall or fire caulk or use USG fire code compound or other approved method where non-compliant.

    2. The steel I beams do not require individual protection however the rated assembly does need to continue around the beams.

    2. 1st layer screw at ceilings in level 2 units ok. Contractor is aware that room and/or ceiling changes may be forthcoming that will require drywall and framing changes.
