1. Install (2) 5/8" carriage bolts 16" o.c. ledger to trailor per plan.
2. Stair treads to be minimum 11". Stair risers to be 4" minimum & 7" max. Risers shall be solid. Recut stringers.
3. Handrail to slope one tread width past botton riser then horizontal 12" w/ ends returned so as not to catch shirt sleeve on.
4. Provide electrical & planning finals.

2014-10-15 Charlie E Donahue Called @ 0853 hrs prior to arrival.
1. Per the previous c/n treads required to be minimum 11" per 2013 CBC section 1009.7.2 as follows. Riser height and tread depth. Stair riser heights shall be 7 inches (178 mm) maximum and 4 inches (102 mm) minimum. The riser height shall be measured vertically between the nosings of adjacent treads. Rectangular tread depths shall be 11 inches (279 mm) minimum measured horizontally between the vertical planes of the foremost projection of adjacent treads and at a right angle to the tread's nosing.
2. The 2x10 ledger board at the landings supporting the perpendicular floor joist have been installed with the carriage bolts without nuts & washers on the back side. Additionally their is nothing to attach the ledger to other than the 1/2 plywood skirt board and the plans do not show any detail for attachment. Please provide an alternate detail from the a.o.r. and submit to the city plan review for approval.
3. Provide tow away co name and phone number on the entrance tow away sign.
4. Provide approvals from other disciplines.

A request to remove three existing signs at various locations with a total sign area of 1,500 square feet and construct one double sided, 1,344 square foot off-site sign for a 156 square foot net reduction of display area. The new sign is proposed to be located at 2601 Redding Avenue on 0.10 acres. The project requires a General Plan Amendment from Urban Neighborhood Low Density to Employment Center Low Rise, a Rezone from Residential Mixed Use Transit Overlay (RMX-TO) to Light Industrial (M-1), a Relocation Agreement to remove three existing signs with a total of 1,500 square feet, a Variance to allow a new sign that is 80 feet in height, and Site Plan and Design Review to construct one double-sided 1,344 square foot offsite sign.
