    1. Per the previous c/n treads required to be minimum 11" per 2013 CBC section 1009.7.2 as follows. Riser height and tread depth. Stair riser heights shall be 7 inches (178 mm) maximum and 4 inches (102 mm) minimum. The riser height shall be measured vertically between the nosings of adjacent treads. Rectangular tread depths shall be 11 inches (279 mm) minimum measured horizontally between the vertical planes of the foremost projection of adjacent treads and at a right angle to the tread's nosing.

    2. The 2x10 ledger board at the landings supporting the perpendicular floor joist have been installed with the carriage bolts without nuts & washers on the back side. Additionally their is nothing to attach the ledger to other than the 1/2 plywood skirt board and the plans do not show any detail for attachment. Please provide an alternate detail from the a.o.r. and submit to the city plan review for approval.

    3. Provide tow away co name and phone number on the entrance tow away sign.

    4. Provide approvals from other disciplines.
