    1. Properly phase tape all ungrounded conductors at (10) AC disconnects (neutral conductors used as hot).

    2. Identify all service receptacle circuits mounted on rooftop. Verify that such outlets are not be served by any individual dwelling unit wiring.

    3. Provide proper battery back-up for all EMERGENCY LIGHTING throughout.

    4. Verify all lighting fixtures used as per LIGHTING FIXTURE SCHEDULE.

    5. Install new HOUSE PANEL to properly accommodate all new house wiring installed therein.

    6. All new house wiring shall be terminated in accordance with all applicable codes (multi-wire circuit neutrals to be properly identified and grouped; listed breaker handle-ties or multi-pole breakers used with all multi-wire circuits; no double lugging allowed; all circuits to have properly sized OCPD's; etc.)

    7. Install garage/ carport dimmable lighting and occupancy sensor wiring as per plan. SEE ITEM #4

    8. ALL lighting and lighting controls to comply with applicable California Energy Code and as per plan.

    9. Provide a listing for all photo-luminous exit signs used in-lieu of the approved devices.

    9. UNIT 7, 10 - Add a receptacle within 6' of the front door and/ or kitchen counter space (living room below TV receptacle). Outlet boxes used in fire rated wall assemblies shall be suitable for use.

    10. UNIT 4 - Properly troubleshoot and correct an open ground in living room outlets.

    11. Main switch gear to have weatherproof external cover for each main breaker.
